1) Uncertain if you are required to purchase insurance at this time? Please contact FIU's International Student and Scholar Services (ISSS). Refunds for inappropriate transactions require up to 6 weeks to be processed. |

2) If you get an error message AFTER submitting your credit card information, please contact our office before attempting a second transaction. Do not attempt a second transaction as this may result in duplicate charges to your credit card. |
